Grief: In conversation with Roice, Stacey & Anna

From the moment we take our first breath, death becomes a part of our life's contract. It is simultaneously the strangest and most natural occurrence on earth. Despite its inevitability, we often avoid discussing death and grief.

This event offers a valuable opportunity to confront these challenging topics with the guidance of psychotherapists who have dedicated significant portions of their careers to understanding and alleviating the pain associated with loss. They will share insights that illuminate the grieving process and offer practical tools for coping and healing.

This event marks the first in our new series celebrating the opening of our new Coal Drops Yard space. Designed to open the conversation on how we navigate grief, this panel conversation will help you to learn about theoretical underpinnings of the loss and how we might process it.

Presented by three qualified therapists at Self Space, this event will support you in:

• Understanding the psychological and emotional aspects of grief
• Managing the stages of grief through various grief theories
• Introducing practical tools and techniques to help you cope with your loss
