Grief Embodiment Journey

Let’s talk about embodiment and why it’s a total game-changer in healing. Embodiment gives us a safe space to meet our emotions, where we can connect fully with our body, feelings, and emotions. Through mindful movement, dance, and breathwork, you can bear witness to yourself with love and care!

I'm excited to share a new embodiment journey that's close to my heart. I’ve been crafting this journey to explore Grief. Last year, I lost my Grandmother and had to let go of many things that brought a great deal of grief. Each year, we experience endings—patterns, relationships, and sadly, the lives of people we love.

I'll be hosting this workshop online on Tuesday the 11th at 7.30pm.

This will be a space for you to witness and move energy through your body in a kind and loving way, without feeling overwhelmed. If you're feeling the call, and like me, have had moments of avoidance but are ready to take up space and witness your feeling body, come join me.
