Grief can be a difficult journey, but it can also be helpful to connect with others who understand. Join us for **Grief Discussions**, a monthly book club and conversation group hosted by Fellows, Helfenbein & Newnam Funeral Home.
Each meeting is centered around a book that explores grief, loss, healing, and resilience, providing a starting point for thoughtful discussion in a welcoming, supportive environment. This month's selection is *It's OK That You're Not OK* by Megan Devine, a compassionate and honest look at navigating loss in a world that often expects grief to have a timeline.
Whether you are grieving the loss of a loved one, supporting someone who is grieving, or simply interested in learning more about the grieving process, you are welcome to attend. Reading the book is encouraged but not required—you're invited to join us for the conversation regardless.
