Grief Dance Workshop for Women

Maybe you're processing the loss of a loved one, a pet, or a relationship. Maybe you are going through an inner transformation that is asking you to shed layers of past versions of yourself, behaviors, and fantasies that kept you feeling safe. Whatever your grief, it is valid.

I believe in the sacredness of honoring grief. It is a process of accepting our past, meeting it with our present hearts, and opening up to a new future with deeper meaning.

If you've been feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or numb to your grief and want extra support, please join us in this sacred movement ceremony.

We will begin with a gentle warm up and then free movement for about 30 minutes to healing music. Then I will invite each of us to dance individually while the rest of us sit or stand in a circle holding space for one another. This is completely optional. Lastly, we will close with a calming stretch, breathing and an invitation to reflect. Please wear something comfy and bring water.

All dance levels are welcome. All body types. All women identifying humans. All stages of grief.
