Grief Circle + Sound Bath

With the holidays approaching, joy and sorrow often sit side by side. If you're missing someone this season, I'd love to hold space for you in a Grief Circle on 8 November @ 4pm. We'll gather in a small circle to honor the people we miss, share a few words if you'd like, and release some of what you've been carrying. We'll close with a loving, releasing sound bath. There is nothing to prepare. Come as you are, and you'll leave with a small take-home gift of comfort.
