Grief & Loss: The Catalytic Converters of Life. A workshop facilitated by Ellen Stetson, End of Life Doula
Saturday, Aug 16. 9:30-11:30am. Gathering fee: $35. ($5 off when pre-registered/pre-paid by 8/13.)
Sinking into grief? Compounded grief? Transformative grief? Collective grief?
YES, we are doing all of this right NOW!
Loss & grief can paralyze and/or transform. We have agency in this experience. Join us for a lighter dialogue on the heavy!
We will anchor 5 restorative responses to subtle or shattering grief & loss with tissues and tools for embracing the "yuck."
There will also be a drawing for an End of Life journal, which is extremely helpful with clarity of thought and peace of mind.
