The open group format begins each session with a welcoming exercise and introductions, followed by a period of discussion prompted by a certain topic relevant to grief and loss. Topics include stages or tasks of grief, handling holidays and other 'firsts' without a loved one, coping with change, and more. The group is open to adults of any age. This group meets weekly from September 4th-November 13th (there is no group on Thursday October 2nd).
