In our Grief and Mindful Connections Circle we offer a supportive space to explore how to gently respond to grief's many forms. Mindfulness, for us, is both a guiding principle and a set of practices. It teaches us to pay attention, to be curious and kind towards ourselves, helping us to listen to our grief more effectively and respond with care rather than react in ways that might worsen our pain. This heartfelt gathering is less about support group dynamics, and more learning and practicing calming techniques for the body and mind, which can be very nurturing. It's helpful to remember that many forms of grief exist, including normal grief after losing someone, sudden grief, anticipatory grief, disenfranchised grief, delayed grief, intergenerational grief. Grieving is a natural human response not a weakness. Please join us and discover a new flow in your life.
We will be gathering in conference room C.
