Experiencing Grief? Please join us with the Chelsea Hospital Behavioral Health Navigators for a 10-week Grief and Loss support group. Participants will join in learning activities while creating positive and supportive relationships with each other during our 10-week time together. This group hopes to allow a safe place to share thoughts, feelings, and needs while providing mutual support in the grieving process. There is no time limitation on when your loss occurred. If you are dealing with grief or loss in any capacity, this group welcomes you.
