Weekend retreat for mothers after pregnancy/infant loss. Includes meals, yoga, healing sessions, reflection, and supportive community.
About this Event

This intimate weekend retreat, taking place October 2–4, is thoughtfully designed to support mothers who have experienced pregnancy or infant loss. The retreat offers a safe, compassionate space for healing, reflection, and connection with others who share similar experiences.

Participants will be provided with all meals throughout the weekend, allowing them to fully focus on rest and renewal. The program includes a variety of guided activities aimed at emotional and physical well-being, including grief-focused yoga sessions, meditation, and sound healing.

Attendees will have the opportunity to engage in meaningful memento-making, as well as reflective writing activities to help process their journeys. Gentle trail walks will encourage connection with nature, while group sessions and fireside chats foster community, shared understanding, and support.

This retreat is dedicated to honoring each mother’s experience while promoting healing, connection, and self-care in a nurturing environment.

In addition to providing a healing space and community, this retreat will be a fundraiser for Margarets Memories. Margarets memories is a local NE Florida organization that provides memory/memento boxes (free of charge) to all the local area hospitals. These boxes enable familes of loss to have an opportunity to create tangible memoroes of their little ones who have passed away.

We have limited space, to ensure a more intentional, intimate experience.

two single occupant cabins for those who would prefer a non shared space.

four double occupancy cabins for those who feel called to share space.
