Grief Alchemy;

Grief is not something to “get over.” It is love with nowhere to land. It comes in waves, messy, feral, sacred.
Join us for a 90-minute guided ceremony inside the salt cave. Through breathwork, ritual, partner witnessing, and journaling, we will create space for grief in all its forms, death, loss, endings, and transformations.
Together, we will:
Build a Legacy Altar to honor loved ones (bring a photo or small item if you wish).
Share and be witnessed in partner reflection.
Enter a cathartic breathwork journey to release and move grief through the body.
Integrate with journaling prompts and a closing ritual of devotion.
This is not about fixing or performing. There is no wrong way to grieve. This gathering is a sacred container to be cracked open and resourced, leaving you lighter, more rooted, and carrying forward what is most sacred.
Please bring: a journal, water, and (optional) a photo/object for the altar.
Curated music will guide our journey.
No prior breathwork experience required.
