[ΕΛ]🕳️ GRID25 | 17-19 Ιανουαρίου | Ευρωπαϊκό Πανεπιστήμιο Κύπρου 🕳️
H Ένωση Γραφιστών και Εικονογράφων Κύπρου (EΓΕΚ) διοργανώνει φέτος για τρίτη χρονιά το συνέδριο GRID (Graphic & Illustration Design), που θα πραγματοποιηθεί στις 17-19 Ιανουαρίου 2025 στο Ευρωπαϊκό Πανεπιστήμιο Κύπρου.
Με κεντρικό θέμα τη Διάσταση – Dimension, το GRID25, θα εξετάσει την έννοια διάσταση ως όριο, πλαίσιο ή νέα προοπτική στον κόσμο στον κλάδο της γραφιστικής και της εικονογράφησης, μέσα από παρουσιάσεις, προβολές, εργαστήρια, καθώς και ανοιχτές συζητήσεις.
Το GRID25 περιλαμβάνει την έκθεση Two Pages – Nomadic Sketchbooks, όπου καλλιτέχνες από όλο τον κόσμο παρουσιάζουν έργα τους μέσα σε sketchbooks. Την κύρια ημέρα, στις 18 Ιανουαρίου, οκτώ ομιλητές από την Ελλάδα και την Κύπρο θα προσεγγίσουν το θέμα της διάστασης μέσα από διαφορετικές οπτικές ενώ την ίδια ημέρα, θα διεξαχθεί και ανοιχτή συζήτηση με θέμα το AΙ και τις Τέχνες. Στις 19 Ιανουαρίου, δύο βιωματικά εργαστήρια τυπογραφίας και εικονογράφησης θα εμβαθύνουν στη κεντρική θεματική του συνεδρίου, κλείνοντας έτσι το πρόγραμμα του τριημέρου.
Το συνέδριο, καθότι μια από τις σημαντικές πτυχές της Ένωσης Γραφιστών και Εικονογράφων Κύπρου, στοχεύει να φέρει την κοινότητα πιο κοντά, ενισχύοντας τη συνεργασία και τη δικτύωση μεταξύ επαγγελματιών και φοιτητών. Είναι μια ευκαιρία για να εμπλουτίσουν οι συμμετέχοντες τις γνώσεις τους, καθώς και να ανταλλάξουν ιδέες και εμπειρίες με άλλους δημιουργούς.

The Cyprus Association of Graphic Designers and Illustrators (CAGDI) is organizing the GRID (Graphic & Illustration Design) conference for the third time this year, which will take place on January 17-19, 2025 at the European University Cyprus.
This year's theme "Dimension", GRID25 will examine the concept of dimension as a boundary, framework or new perspective on the world in the field of graphic design and illustration, through presentations, screenings, workshops, as well as open discussions.
GRID25 includes the exhibition Two Pages – Nomadic Sketchbooks, where artists from all over the world present their works in sketchbooks. On the main day, January 18, eight speakers from Greece and Cyprus will approach the issue of dimension from different perspectives, while on the same day, an open discussion on AI in the Art Industry will be held. On January 19, two experiential workshops on typography and illustration will delve deeper into the theme of the conference, thus closing the three-day program.
The conference, as one of the important aspects of the Association, aims to bring the community closer, strengthening collaboration and networking between professionals and students. It is an opportunity for participants to enrich their knowledge, as well as to exchange ideas and experiences with other creators.
