Grenadiers are invited to exclusively fill bartending duties for both VIP and general areas for the upcoming rock concert. MGV has requested 14 people, but if we have more, they may have other duties for us (aka, ticketing, parking, etc.) to cover.
Action:
- You are welcome to sign up for yourself, friends, and/or family.
* Add count of people (aka, how many spaces) +
* Add names of people who you are signing up for bartending
FAQ's:
Timing for Sat-Jun-13:
- Volunteers check in at 3 pm
- VIP bar opens at 4 pm
- Concert begins at 4:30 pm and ends at 11:30 pm
Set-Up | Clothing:
- Volunteers will be split between VIP and general bar areas
- Oktoberfest Grenadier gear is encouraged
Requirements:
- No bartender license is required
- MGV will be handling liquor sales in VIP
Costs:
-No cost to us (volunteers) for:
* free entry to concert
* free parking
Benefits:
- Grenadiers will earn hourly rate for each volunteer's hours
- Grenadiers can place 'tip' jar and keep any tips
- Represent the Oktoberfest to keep the spirit alive through community engagement year-round
