Through a series of guided tastings, you'll discover how your senses shape the way you experience flavour and learn how the five basic tastes influence the enjoyment of both food and wine. You'll then explore the principles behind successful food and wine pairing before putting theory into practice with a guided tasting of Juxtaposed's Single Vineyard Grenaches, accompanied by carefully selected tasting bites.
