Greenville County Showmanship clinic 2025

Join us for an exciting 2-day Junior Showmanship Clinic designed for young dog enthusiasts! This hands-on event offers tailored classes to help participants grow their showmanship skills. This clinic is open to ages 9-18.

- Beginner Class: Perfect for those new to dog handling, this class covers the basics and builds a strong foundation.

- Intermediate Class: Geared toward participants who have shown before, this class refines existing skills and enhances showmanship techniques.

Participants do not have to bring their own dog. AKC show dogs will be provided by the Greenville Kennel Club. If you choose to bring your own purebred dog, it must have proof of up-to-date vaccinations and cannot show signs of aggression, or the dog cannot stay on the premises.

Space is limited, so be sure to register early!

Membership requirement: Current 4-H membership in is required for participation in this event.

Custodial Care: Please note that this event and its coordinators do not assume custodial care of youth in attendance. Adults (parents, guardians, volunteers, coaches, teachers, or other chaperones) must be present for the supervision of youth participants.
