Join us for a fun and creative 1-Day Drop-Off Sewing Workshop designed for beginners who are ready to learn the basics of sewing in a hands-on, supportive environment!

Participants will explore both hand sewing and machine sewing while building confidence and creativity through exciting beginner-friendly projects they can take home and enjoy.

Students will learn:

  • 🪡 Basic hand stitching techniques
  • ⚙️ The anatomy and parts of a sewing machine
  • 🧵 How to safely operate and use a sewing machine
  • 📏 Beginner sewing skills and fabric basics
  • 🎨 Creative sewing projects and design techniques
  • 👜 How to complete and take home handmade creations

This workshop is perfect for beginners who love crafting, creating, and learning practical new skills in a fun and encouraging setting.

🎁 Students will leave with several handmade items they create themselves throughout the day!

🥪 Please bring a packed lunch and water bottle.

⚠️ Limited spots available to ensure personalized instruction and hands-on support for every participant.

🗓️ We are offering two identical workshop sessions, so families can choose the date that works best for them!

Refund statement: Some clubs have additional dues and if so, they could be collected via Eventbrite if desired. Full payment is due upon registration. No refunds will be issued after participation in the club has started.

Membership requirement: Current 4-H membership in is required for participation in this club.

Custodial Care: Please note that this event and its coordinators do not assume custodial care of youth in attendance. Adults (parents, guardians, volunteers, coaches, teachers, or other chaperones) must be present for the supervision of youth participants.
