Greentown Grows Garden Work Event - April 2025

Come join us for the Garden Work Event at 2785 W Yorkhouse Rd. Get your hands dirty and help us tend to our community garden. Whether you're a seasoned gardener or just looking to learn, everyone is welcome! We'll provide tools, gloves, and snacks - just bring your enthusiasm. Let's work together to make Greentown even greener!

Please bring work gloves, water, and dress for the weather.
Unless it is storming, pouring rain, or snowing, the event is on. In the case the event does need to be canceled, there will be an email sent out by 8 am.
To find the garden go to the address which is for Waukegan BMX. The entrance to the BMX track is off Yorkhouse Rd between Green Bay and McAcree. The garden is located at the end of the big parking lot in front of the BMX track. Please click here for a map.
