Join us for the second in our spring and summer walk programme along the Greensand Ridge Walk. 2026 marks the 40th anniversary of Bedfordshire's premier walking route, and to celebrate this we have a programme of walks along the Greensand Ridge from May to September. Distances vary from 5-9 miles per walk, and it's a great way to discover the walk if you haven't walked it before, or a different way to enjoy it if you're familiar with the route. This walk will be a 6.25 mile guided circular walk. We will begin walking around Woburn village before joining the Greensand Ridge Walk to go through Woburn Abbey and onto Eversholt, then looping back round through more of the Woburn Abbey estate.
Parking available at the public car park in Woburn free of charge.
More information:
- Dogs are permitted if kept on short leads and are capable of walking the distance.
- The walk will go through typical Greensand Country landscapes, hence toilets will be few and far between.
- Under 18s welcome if accompanied by an adult.
