Pilates will be taught by Olympian, Sammy Schultz. This Pilates class is for all levels and will focus on strength, stability, posture, breath control, and mobility. It will target all of your muscle groups, challenge your core, and work deep muscles that stabilize your entire body while also improving strength, balance, and posture.

Sammy is able to provide modifications for any level or those with limitations or injuries. Pilates is a great way to challenge yourself with some low impact exercises that will still lengthen and sculpt your body to feel better with everyday movements and exercise.

Sammy competed in the Tokyo Olympics in the sport of modern pentathlon which consists of fencing, swimming, equestrian, running, and swimming. She found Pilates to be extremely helpful with injury prevention and her overall strength as she overcame surgery and injuries over the years as an elite athlete. She teaches Pilates and yoga classes and is a certified personal trainer and running coach in Colorado Springs.
