Get ready for two days of festive fun by the canal as Christmas returns to Greenford Quay!
Join us on Friday 27th and Saturday 28th November as Greenford Quay is transformed for a weekend of Christmas celebrations, packed with festive entertainment, family activities, delicious street food, warming drinks and plenty of Christmas cheer.
Kick off the festive season with our Christmas Tree & Festive Light Switch On!
Join us for a magical evening featuring performances from local choirs, a live DJ, festive street food, warming drinks and fairground rides, including the return of our giant Ferris Wheel.
Get creative with our festive lantern workshop, enjoy spectacular LED roaming performers lighting up the waterfront and gather together for the highlight of the evening as we switch on the Christmas lights at Greenford Quay!

What to Expect
🍴 Street Food by T&T Markets
Come hungry! T&T Markets will be bringing a delicious line-up of independent street food traders to Greenford Quay, this year in a brand new location at Lyons Dock!
Expect a tempting mix of warming winter dishes, street food favourites and festive flavours, perfect for grabbing something delicious while enjoying the entertainment and soaking up the Christmas atmosphere by the canal.
Our street food traders will be joining us across both days of the Christmas celebrations, so there will be plenty of opportunities to enjoy something tasty!

🎶 Festive Music & Entertainment
Get ready for an evening filled with festive music, Christmas classics and plenty of entertainment as we celebrate the start of the season at Greenford Quay!
Our resident local favourite, DJ Campervan, will be keeping the festive tunes flowing throughout the evening, bringing plenty of Christmas cheer to the waterfront.
At 5pm, Horsenden School Choir will take to the stage for a special festive performance, getting everyone into the Christmas spirit ahead of our Christmas Tree & Festive Light Switch On at 5:30pm.
We're also delighted to welcome back Questors Choir, who will be performing two sets across the evening. Catch their first performance in Grenan Square, shortly after the light switch on, before they head over to Lyons Dock for a second set, spreading festive cheer across Greenford Quay.
With music, entertainment and Christmas celebrations throughout the evening, there's plenty to enjoy with friends and family!

Festive Fairground Rides
Add a little extra magic to your Christmas celebrations with the return of our Giant Ferris Wheel, joined this year by a brand new Light Up Teacups Ride!
Hop aboard our Giant Ferris Wheel for a completely FREE ride and enjoy views across Greenford Quay, the canal and the twinkling festive lights from above. It's the perfect way to soak up the Christmas atmosphere and snap a festive photo or two!
For even more festive fun, take a spin on our Light Up Teacups Ride, bringing a colourful burst of Christmas magic for families and little ones to enjoy.
Both rides will be available across Friday evening and Saturday, giving you plenty of opportunities to join in the fun.

Festive Lantern Making Workshop
Get creative this Christmas and join us at Lyons Dock for a festive lantern making workshop!
As part of our Friday evening celebrations, we're inviting children, families and grown-ups alike to get hands-on and create their very own festive lanterns.
Whether you're feeling creative or simply looking for a fun activity to enjoy together, come along, get involved and make something special to take home with you.

Get into the Christmas spirit with Groundwork, who will be joining us across both days with a wonderful mix of festive crafts, creative activities and Christmas games for the whole family!
Get hands-on and make your very own Christmas crackers, cardboard robins and paper snowflakes, perfect for adding a little homemade magic to your Christmas celebrations.
There'll also be plenty of festive fun with games including Pin the Nose on the Reindeer and Santa's Secret Deliveries, where little ones can take on fun Christmas challenges.

Magical LED Roaming Entertainment
Watch Greenford Quay light up as our spectacular LED roaming performers bring a little extra Christmas magic to the waterfront!
Dressed in dazzling illuminated costumes, our performers will be making their way around Greenford Quay throughout Friday evening, spreading festive cheer and creating magical moments for visitors of all ages.
Keep an eye out as you explore the Christmas celebrations, and don't forget to stop for a festive photo with these glowing characters!

Warm up this Christmas with a festive drink from Jim & Tonic, returning to Greenford Quay across both days of the celebrations.
Expect a selection of signature cocktails, sustainable draft beers, wines, soft drinks and festive favourites, perfect for enjoying while you explore the market, catch the entertainment or simply soak up the Christmas atmosphere by the canal.

Letters to Santa
Have you been good this year? It's time to get your Christmas wishes ready as Letters to Santa returns to Greenford Quay!
Little ones are invited to write their very own letter to Father Christmas, sharing their Christmas wishes, festive drawings and special messages ahead of the big day.
Look out for our Letters to Santa stations at participating retailers across Greenford Quay, where children can get creative and prepare their letters for Santa.
And there's even more Christmas magic on Saturday 28th November, when Santa himself will be roaming around Greenford Quay! Bring your completed letter along and hand it to him in person, with plenty of opportunities for a festive photo too.
Whether you're joining us for Friday's Christmas Light Switch On or Saturday's celebrations, it's a lovely way for little ones to get involved in the festive fun.
