Green Up Your Lawn

We’re in the thick of the growing season for lawn grass. Master Gardeners will share mowing tips, watering recommendations, and fertilizer application, all of which promote denser turf and reduce W**d germination. With these approaches, you can save money and protect your family and the environment at the same time. Participants will receive a lawn-care calendar for our region, tips for choosing the right grass seed mix, and information about applying and buying fertilizers just in time to prepare lawns for summer survival. Dress for the weather.This is a collaboration with Clark County Public Works Clean Water with funding from Washington State Department of Ecology, for “What’s Your Lawn Style?”
