About this Event
Green Thumb Gives Back™ is Green Thumb Collective's community outreach initiative dedicated to bringing people together through kindness, volunteerism, and meaningful experiences that strengthen our communities.
Each Green Thumb Gives Back™ event supports a different nonprofit organization, school, animal rescue, or community cause. Whether we're collecting pet supplies, school supplies, toys, food, plants, or other requested donations, every event is an opportunity for neighbors to make a positive impact together.
Our mission is simple: to make giving back fun, meaningful, and accessible while creating unforgettable community experiences.
How You Can Make a Difference
We've been listening to your feedback!
One of the most common requests we've received over the years has been for more chances to win during Plant Bingo™. Beginning with Green Thumb Gives Back™, we're introducing a new way to do just that while making an even bigger impact in our community.
🌿 Bring one healthy plant to receive admission and your first bingo card.
🌿 Bring additional healthy plants and/or requested donation items for the featured community cause to earn additional bingo cards.
🌿 Each qualifying healthy plant or requested donation item earns one additional bingo card, up to a maximum of five (5) bingo cards per participant.
🌿 More bingo cards mean more opportunities to win throughout the event while directly supporting a local nonprofit, school, animal rescue, or community initiative.
🌿 Enjoy multiple rounds of Plant Bingo™, fun community activities, and a welcoming atmosphere where everyone belongs.
🌿 Learn about the featured organization and celebrate the difference we can make together.
Every additional healthy plant helps grow our prize tables, while every requested donation helps support a local cause. Together, we're creating an event where everyone wins.
🍃 September Green Thumb Gives Back Community Drive
This September, we're proud to support the Tomball Community Fridge.
While we won't be collecting refrigerated or frozen foods for the fridge itself, we'll be accepting shelf-stable, nonperishable foods for the outdoor community food shelf located beside it. Foods that hold up well in the Texas heat are ideal, and items with easy-open pull-tab lids are especially appreciated since not everyone has access to a can opener.
The Community Fridge can also use a small number of clean T-shirts and shorts. Because storage space is limited, clothing is accepted in much smaller quantities than food donations.
Any food collected beyond what the Tomball Community Fridge can use will be donated to TEAM, helping stock their local food pantry and supporting families throughout our community.

Please do not bring refrigerated, frozen, or homemade food items, as we are collecting donations for the outdoor community food shelf.

Important Information
• Admission includes one (1) bingo card with the donation of one healthy plant, unless otherwise stated.
• Each additional qualifying healthy plant and/or requested donation item earns one (1) additional bingo card, up to a maximum of five (5) bingo cards per participant.
• Additional bingo cards must be earned during check-in and cannot be purchased.
• Participants may win one bingo round at a time, allowing more guests the opportunity to win throughout the event.
• Requested donation items vary by event. Please review each event page for the featured organization's current wishlist.
• Cuttings and seedlings are not accepted as qualifying plant donations unless specifically stated for that event.
• Children are welcome to participate with their own qualifying donations.
• Green Thumb Collective is committed to creating welcoming, family-friendly experiences where everyone feels included.
• Individual events may include additional guidelines based on the venue or partnering organization.
At Green Thumb, we believe plants are just the beginning.
