Thinking about a heat pump, solar panels, or a more energy-efficient home?
Join CAFES Network and RND Construction for a practical, no-jargon session on green home renovations.
We’ll explore the home upgrades that can make the biggest difference to comfort, energy bills, and your carbon footprint, including solar generation, heat pumps, drain water heat recovery, energy recovery ventilators (ERVs), mold-free basement construction, solar shading, and home energy monitors.
We’ll also discuss rebates and financing options and leave plenty of time for questions.
You’ll leave with a better understanding of which upgrades make sense for your home, what order to tackle them in, and what to ask a contractor before getting started.
Two sessions are available on Saturday, October 24, at 675 Industrial Avenue in Ottawa:
Session 1: 9:00–11:00 AM
Session 2: 11:30 AM–1:30 PM
