About this Event
Join us for an evening of conversation, creativity, and co-creation. The Green Museum Town Hall at The Charles H. Wright Museum of African American History and Culture invites community members, experts in the field and University of Michigan, School for Environment & Sustainability (SEAS) students to help shape future narratives of our outdoor spaces through the lens of environmental sustainability and African American cultural heritage. Through storytelling, hands-on engagement and design, we’ll explore voice and vision. This hybrid event – offered both in-person and online -- will take place on September 25, 2025. Together, we’ll imagine how The Wright’s mission can extend beyond its walls—connecting history, resilience, and stewardship in powerful, community informed ways. This is part of Design Core’s Month of Design.
This is the In-Person invite limited to 120 people. Please only register if you can make it Thursday, Sept 25th. If you cannot make it in-person, please consider joining us virtually!
