Come join the Issaquah Alps Trails Club and Green Issaquah in maintaining Issaquah’s first Miyawaki Forest! This spring, we planted 660 trees in our Miyawaki pocket forest. This fall, we’ll be adding 220 more! Join us as we prepare the space for our newest additions through weeding, mulching, and caging. This maintenance event is part of our ongoing efforts to help meet the Issaquah Climate Action Plan goal of 55% tree canopy cover by 2035.

What to Bring
Bring your own gloves if you have them. There will be gloves available for those who don't have their own. Please dress in layers and in clothing you don't mind getting dirty. Closed-toe shoes are a requirement. Don’t forget your water and snacks!
Registration required. If tickets are sold out, you may select a WAITLIST ticket. Spots will be filled from this list on a first-come, first-served basis.
