Green Industries Best Management Practices (GIBMP) Workshop
About this Event
Green Industries Best Management Practices (GI-BMPs) is an educational program for lawn care and landscape maintenance professionals. The GI-BMP program teaches environmentally safe landscaping practices that help preserve and protect Florida's ground and surface waters.
All commercial (For-Hire) fertilizer applicators must have a Limited Urban Fertilizer (LUF) License to make any type of fertilizer application to commercial turf or ornamental areas of parks or fields, and/or the turf or ornamental area of any residential property.
Completion of this class (& pass exam) will satisfy requirements for the Limited Urban Fertilizer (LUF). License required for applicators.
This class can also be taken to obtain 4 CEU's for FDACS Licenses:
2 Core CEU's
2 Category CEU's in O&T, LLO, LCLM, L&O, and LUF
