Learn to confidently cook seafood in this hands-on series featuring fish and shellfish!

The dates and tentative topics are below!
- October 8th -Shrimp
- October 15th - Clams and Scallops
- October 22nd - White Flaky Fish
- October 29th - "Steak" Fish, and Sardines
Each class will cover one fish group, and we will be doing 2-3+ recipes per class.
Perfect for anyone wanting simple, practical seafood cooking skills you can use at home.
Materials are provided in class. Space is limited to 12 people, one ticket per person. Must pay in advance before registration. Cash or check is also accepted.
If the class is full, please register for our waitlist. Each entry on the waitlist equals one ticket. *Topics are subject to change.
