Take a step toward better health this spring at a FREE Health Fair hosted by the Weld County Department of Public Health and Environment. Join us on Saturday, May 16, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at LINC Library Innovation Center, 501 8th Ave., Greeley for free health screenings focused on chronic disease prevention and wellness. Available screenings include diabetes (A1c), blood pressure, oxygen/pulse, loneliness screening, and InBody body composition. Staff from the Health Department and partner organizations will also be on hand to connect you with referrals, additional screenings, programs, services, and resources to support your health.
