Great Southeast Pollinator Census Count
About this Event
The Great Southeast Pollinator Census is a multi-state collaboration between Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, and Alabama to collect data about pollinator activity. Every year since 2019, thousands of people have participated in this annual event by briefly observing pollinator activity in their home landscapes or at public gardens.
Join us at the Pitt County Arboretum to take part in this year's census. Our Extension Master Gardener volunteers will provide guidance and assistance to support your observation and data collection. This event will be fun for all ages and all levels of gardening experience, from novice to expert. All that is really required is a love of nature and inquistive mind -we'll provide the rest of the tools you need!
