Great Skin Starts Early: A Mum & Teen Skin Confidence Event in Edinburgh

We know great skin habits start early, so this is a chance to enjoy some time together with your teen while learning the basics of good skin health in a calm, non-intimidating way.

This is purely an educational event. We’ll be talking about what really matters for teenage skin. The evening will include short, informal demos on how to cleanse properly after a night out or first thing in the morning, practical advice on managing spots, choosing the right products, and why essentials like SPF are so important. There’ll also be a brief, friendly talk from Dr Rona, with helpful tips for all ages.

While The Mayfield Clinic doesn’t provide many treatments for under 18s, we do believe great skin habits start early. We’d love to help guide young women, teens and carers on how to cut through the noise and understand what really matters for their skin, both now and in the future.
