Beatbox Canada is thrilled to present in one weekend - two championships, and the biggest beatbox event North America has ever seen. From May 29–31, Beatbox Canada will reunite the Official Canadian Beatbox Championships and the internationally renowned Great North Battle into one landmark all‑ages festival called The Great North Beatbox Festival at The Rec Room Toronto.For the first time ever, both championships will run under one roof, welcoming top vocal percussionists from Canada and around the world for three days.
The festival will showcase elite competitors from Canada, France, the United States, Japan, the UK, Mexico, Chile, and Hong Kong, including nationally ranked artists and returning champions across solo and loopstation categories. The entire weekend is open to all ages, making it a unique opportunity for families and music fans to experience world‑class live vocal performances.
This historic weekend is presented in partnership with SING! The Toronto International Vocal Arts Festival, Canada’s premier a cappella festival.

The solo seeding rounds for both Canadian Beatbox Championship and Great North Battle as well as an open‑mic showcase. No brackets — just creativity, collaboration, and live performances. Sign up at the event. Special performances by MouthPeace and 3x DMC World Champion DJ Vekked.
Saturday, May 30 | 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM | Canadian Beatbox Championships
The hunt for the national title. Top 16 solo competitors and Top 4 loopstation artists battle to crown the 2026 Canadian Beatbox Champions. Beatbox workshops by Vino and Bizkit along with special performances by Heat and Spectrax. Headlined by world loopstation champion Martin Benati.
Sunday, May 31 | 1:00 PM – 11:00 PM | Great North Battle
An international showdown featuring a Top 16 solo bracket and Top 4 loopstation competitors from across the globe. The winner of the solo competition qualifies for the Grand Beatbox Battle 2026 taking place in Poland later this year. Workshops by Martin Benati and King Inertia with special performances by King Inertia, C-Fresh, Splush Accapella Group and Bizkit.
