Οι great for healing ή αλλιώς τα νέα ταραχοποιά στοιχεία της ελληνικής σκηνής είναι ένα νεοσύστατο τρίο που έχει έρθει να ταράξει τα νερά της τζαζ και όχι μόνο, χρωματίζοντας διάφορα ηλεκτρισμένα νούφαρα από τον Ιούνιο του 2023, έχοντας λάβει
τρομερή στήριξη και πολύ όμορφες κριτικές από το Jazz Solidarity Network, διάφορες διοργανώσεις και τους φορείς του.

Μετά το πρώτο τους ever release για το single "Alienated Earthling" με το GR & UK based label Fair Weather Friends Records τον Απρίλη του '24, έρχονται για ένα πρώτο live στη Θεσσαλονίκη σε συνεργασία με το Beetroot Studio και τη Fair Weather Friends Records την Παρασκευή 22 Νοέμβρη του 2024.

Οι επιρροές τους ξεκινούν και τελειώνουν στα ίδια σημεία με αυτά του σύμπαντος. Η Ειρήνη Αλισά, η Νίκη Κοκκόλη και ο Γιάννης Παπανικολάου μπλέκουν τζαζ, ηλεκτρονική και πειραματική μουσική και αφηγούνται post apocalyptic παραμύθια.

The trio by the name of great for healing is an adventurous new birth inside the ginormous music industry with multiple influences imitating how the universe flows with its little flaws and imperfections. With Eirini Alisá (Piano/ Keys), Nicky Kokkoli (Sax) and Yiannis Papanikolaou (Drums), a blend of jazz, electronic elements and rigorously unfiltered storytelling is born.

great for healing released their first single in April 2024 by the name "Alienated Earthling" under the GR and UK Label Fair Weather Friends Records. They were selected to perform in Athens Music Week 2024 and they just were a part of the historical Syros Jazz Festival in September.
Jazz Solidarity Network Greece has emphasised: "A great for healing first album is a necessary addition, fresh breath for the jazz scene which we are expecting".
