Great Border City - Carlisle BID launch

Our vision is to transform Carlisle into a dynamic and engaging destination by bringing life to the streets, fostering a thriving cultural scene, supporting businesses of all types, and marketing the city effectively to both visitors and locals. The BID will champion innovation, collaboration, and strategic growth to ensure Carlisle remains a flourishing hub for commerce and culture.

Join us at the newly renovated Tullie to launch a Business Improvement District for Carlisle proposed by the Great Border City Consortium. This will offer an opportunity to meet with fellow Carlisle businesses and hear from those supporting the proposal.
