We love old plywood (and aluminum) basses made in the USA. They are the foundation of all great bluegrass music, aren't they? Come join us in the Evergreen Room (next to the SPBGMA ticket office) and enjoy an afternoon looking at (and talking about) great examples of vintage American basses by Kay, King, American Standard, Alcoa, Gibson, and Epiphone! No charge. This is just a gathering of bass clef buddies brought to you through the efforts of SPBGMA, Kyle Perkins, James Condino, Alan Tompkins, Lenny Nichols, the Bluegrass Heritage Foundation, and others working to make this happen.
