Great American Smoke-out: Group Smoking Cessation

This is a hybrid event - you can attend either in person at Wind Chime Court in Raleigh, NC, or entirely online from the comfort of your own home!

Smokers who quit using hypnotherapy do not experience the same withdrawal symptoms as someone who goes cold turkey, because hypnosis helps you get to the triggers that are causing you to reach for cigarettes to begin with and change your response to them.
