About this Event
Running season has officially kicked off in Chicago and we're excited to continue Be Strong — our strength and conditioning program. Think non-run meet ups focused on getting stronger both physically and mentally while fostering health + community.
Join us at Basecamp Fitness for a HIIT workout on Saturday, April 18. We'll be working through strength and cardio, and also activating our core. Please arrive between 10:45am - 11am to get settled in as the class will kick off promptly at 11:15am. Please wear athletic clothes, gym shoes and bring a water bottle.
