Join us for our final Dining Series event at the zoo’s Grazers restaurant. This dinner features an exclusively paired dinner curated by our Executive Chef Kenneth Titcomb with special guest and pairing by Bridgeland Distillery. They will discuss the ins and outs of how they paired the dinner with added detail around inspiration and how it complements the palate.
About Bridgeland Distillery: Bridgeland Distillery is a local distillery in Calgary, Alberta that specializes in handcrafted brandy, whisky, limoncello, award-winning grappa, wine, and craft spirits. It was awarded the ‘2021 Alberta Distillery of the Year’ by Alberta Spirits Awards.
