Our Carer Peer Support Group offers carers a chance to take a well-deserved break, connect with others who understand, and share experiences in a relaxed, supportive setting. The person they support can enjoy time in a separate room taking part in a friendly activity session.
We offer refreshments, gentle activities, and occasional guest speakers chosen by the group and tailored to their need - creating a calm, welcoming space for rest, reflection, and connection.
