On Thanksgiving morning we will gather to express gratitude and appreciation for life itself. Join us for an all levels Yin & Yang Yoga practice led by Christine and Asia accompanied by Synergy of Sound. Find balance and peace with gentle movement, breathwork and a sound meditation. This practice will help cultivate gratitude and kindness for all beings. This is a FREE event with suggested donations to the Humane Society of the Nature Coast.
Suggested donation: $10 cash, pet food, cat litter, pet toys and accessories.
