This special Gratitude Yoga Nidra session offers a peaceful space to unwind, reflect, and cultivate a deep sense of thankfulness before the Thanksgiving holiday. Yoga Nidra, also known as "yogic sleep," is a powerful guided meditation practice that allows the body and mind to fully relax while remaining consciously aware. In this gentle, restorative session, we will guide you into a state of deep relaxation and inner stillness, where you can access a profound sense of peace and gratitude.
The practice will begin with a few gentle stretches to release tension, followed by a deep guided Yoga Nidra session focused on gratitude. As we journey through this meditation, you'll be invited to reflect on the blessings in your life—big and small—and to acknowledge the beauty in the present moment. Through a series of body scans, breath awareness, and positive affirmations, we will create space for gratitude to flow freely within you, inviting healing and emotional balance.

Location: Look for the blue "Studio Om" decal on our front door at number 2316 1/2, and head up the stairs to our studio. We are located next to Nature's Brew.
Parking:
1. Behind the building, common parking for different restaurants (1st come basis).
2. Small parking space on Toberman Street
3. Street parking on Union and other close by streets.
4. Meter parking on hoover.
5. Free 2hrs parking on USC village (underground).
