Join us in bringing together two of Logan's favorite pass times: yoga and journaling. In this one hour class, Logan will give a journaling prompt about gratitude, we will do a bit of gentle yoga and meditation, then we will revisit our journal entry and see what we can add. The true secret to getting rich is to notice all of the little things we have to be grateful for in our present lives.
