Join us in an evening of gratitude sound healing followed by everyone experiencing an individual sound clearing in our beautiful standing bowl and gong.

We will create a serene sanctuary where you can escape the hustle and bustle of the holiday season and find solace in the healing power of sound.

Whether you're a seasoned "sound bather" or new to the practice, all are welcome to join us. We will create a safe and inclusive space for you to relax, rejuvenate, and rediscover your inner tranquility.
Limited spots are available, so register early to guarantee your place at this transformative event. Dress in comfortable clothing and arrive 15 minutes before start time to get set up comfortably and be ready to receive the profound benefits of sound healing.
We do have limited gravity chairs for those that cannot lay on the floor. Please call and reserve a chair if needed.
Bring a yoga mat and if you prefer your own blanket .
We do have bolsters, yoga blankets and mats if needed.
Please arrive 10 minutes early to make yourself comfortable
