Join us for a day of Heart chakra investigation, Kirtan for heart opening mantras, gong baths and making Gratitude jars to take home to remind us of the good things each day, however small. The evidence shows that this practice helps with positive mindsets.
We begin with a heart opening flow then looking at what the heart chakra means and how to open and use.
Nikki Slade will then follow with a wonderful 75 min Kirtan opening you up to heart felt joy with Mantra singing.
Break for Lunch then a Gong bath will allow the mornings activities to settle.
We conclude the day making the Gratitude jars to remind us of the good things we have, the mindset behind this and tea and a chat to finish.
