Gratitude Looks Good on You: A Create & Chill Experience
About this Event
What if you gave yourself permission to slow down, get creative, and collect a few reminders of the good in your life?
Join us for a relaxed, playful creative experience where you’ll make your own gratitude book using a variety of art materials and whatever inspires you.
No art experience needed. No pressure to be perfect. No expectations to create anything a certain way.
Just a little creative time, a chance to reconnect with yourself, and space to appreciate the big things, the little things, and everything in between.
Come as you are. Create at your own pace. Leave with a handmade reminder of the good you want to carry with you.
Create & Chill Tuesday is a monthly creative gathering for adults who want to step away from the pressure to produce and simply enjoy the creative process.
Grab a drink, enjoy some bites, and give your inner critic the night off! We’ll provide the art supplies, you cover your bar tab. No artistic experience needed—just come ready to unwind and get creative.

A Note About the Experience
Create & Chill is a creative wellness experience, not psychotherapy or mental-health treatment. Creating art can be therapeutic in the sense that the process can be restorative, reflective, and relaxing.
Create & Chill is facilitated by Fatimah Reaves, Therapeutic Arts Practitioner.
Come create and chill.
Less striving. More being.
