This is an invitation to soften.
Join Ashley Gladden & Magdalena Kaflinska at a beautiful day spa in Wilbraham, MA for evening of deep rest, where sound and reiki wash over you like a warm exhale. No performing gratitude, no forcing stillness - just permission to receive. To let your shoulders drop. To let your breath slow. To let your body finally be thanked for everything it carries, quietly, without you having to ask.
Come as you are. Bring your mat, your favorite pillow, and your coziest blanket - let yourself be comfortable enough to fully let go.
