Others kindness touches us and opens our heart – it fills us with hope and faith in humanity – but so often it seems we live in a cruel and selfish world where everyone is just thinking about themselves.
We know that gratitude is an important healing mindset, if we consciously and deliberately develop it, we will start to see kindness everywhere.
Come along to the special retreat and see how gratitude can transform your life. Each session will include a short teaching and guided meditation.
