Gratitude Flow Donations Go to Northwest Harvest

Join us for TruFusion Bellevue’s "Gratitude Flow" yoga series every Tuesday and Thursday at noon throughout November! These special classes invite you to enjoy a refreshing, mindful practice to stay centered and energized during the holiday season.

Participants are welcome to donate what they wish, with a minimum of $1, and 100% of proceeds will go directly to Northwest Harvest to help provide meals to those in need.

Embrace the spirit of gratitude with us, connect with our community, and make a meaningful impact while nurturing your body and mind.
