This season, we gather in gratitude—honoring the blessings that have come to our ancestors, to our families, to ourselves, and to the generations yet to be. In this workshop, you will be guided through a sacred ritual of crafting your own Gratitude Bag, a small bundle filled with intention, herbs, and symbols of blessing.Together we will:
• Call in the ancestors and spirits of the land of Mankato
• Work with herbs, essential oils, and flower essences as sacred allies for gratitude
• Choose from items such as dried botanicals, seeds, crystals, talismans, and charms to embody your blessings
• Infuse each item with your personal prayers of thanks—past, present, and future
• Invoke the elements of earth, air, fire, water, and spirit to seal the ritual
Each Gratitude Bag becomes a talisman of thanksgiving, a reminder of the flow of abundance in your life. You may keep yours on an altar, carry it with you, or gift it forward in blessing.
In the spirit of community, we also invite you to bring a household item donation for Fresh Start Mankato. These contributions will extend the blessings we call in beyond ourselves, weaving gratitude into the wider community.
You will leave with a completed Gratitude Bag and the energy of shared gratitude to carry forward. Energy exchange $44 for all supplies provided.
