As the season invites us to slow down and turn inward, join us for a cozy evening of gratitude, grace, and intentional rest.
Gratitude & Grace is an invitation to pause, soften your shoulders, quiet the noise of everyday life, and reconnect with the goodness that exists within and around you. Together, we’ll create space to honor how far we’ve come, appreciate the small moments that often go unnoticed, and offer ourselves compassion for the parts of life that still feel unfinished.
Through guided meditation, an immersive soundscape presented by Taylour Woesthaus of Happiness Exploration, and gentle Reiki performed by T Turner of Changing Channels, you’ll be invited to settle into the present moment, release the pressure to always be doing more, and practice the art of receiving.
You don’t need to arrive feeling grateful, peaceful, or particularly centered. You simply need to arrive as you are. There is room here for the complicated feelings, the quiet joys, the uncertainties, and everything in between.
What to Expect
Through guided meditation and an immersive soundscape featuring gong, singing bowls, chimes, tuning forks, and other sacred instruments, you’ll be gently guided toward a state of deep relaxation and mindful awareness.
As you rest within this soothing sound bath, an attuned Reiki practitioner will move throughout the space, offering gentle energy work through hands hovering above or lightly resting on select areas of the body. Touch is always optional.
Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is a Japanese energy practice rooted in the intention of supporting relaxation and well-being. It is often described as working with universal life energy and has no particular religious affiliation. Each experience is unique, and you are welcome to simply rest, notice what arises, and receive in whatever way feels right for you.
The combination of live sound, meditation, and Reiki is intended to create a supportive environment for relaxation, nervous system settling, and inward reflection. You may notice a sense of calm, warmth, emotional release, or clarity, or you may simply enjoy the opportunity to rest without expectations.
Whether you are new to meditation, sound journeys, or Reiki, or have an established practice, you are warmly welcome. No prior experience is necessary.
What to Bring
Please bring:
Yoga mat
Water bottle
Comfortable clothing
Optional comfort items:
Eye mask
Cushion or meditation pillow
Blanket
Journal
Writing or drawing materials
Anything else that helps you feel relaxed and supported
Bolsters, meditation cushions, and a limited number of seating options for guests with mobility needs are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

A ramp is available at the back of the building for accessibility. Please note that stairs are required to access the bathroom.
Due to the hands-on nature of this offering, this experience is available to adults ages 18 and older.
Come as you are. Rest without earning it. Receive without needing to prove anything.
