It's apple and pear season, which means cider pressing time! Join the Lane County Extension Service Master Food Preservers as they teach a hands-on workshop with the step-by-step process of converting fresh fruit into delicious, shelf-stable cider or juice to be enjoyed throughout the late fall and winter season. Participants will take home a half gallon jar of apple cider.
